• POPF（扁平复合）爆破片由三部分组成：压力片、密封片和真空支撑。
• 是按照破裂设计值特意加工的破裂部位因流体的内压而破裂的类型。
• 可广泛应用于气体/液体/蒸汽等所有领域。
• 需支架，可安装在标准或非标准配套法兰之间，压缩非石棉垫片或特氟龙垫片安装在爆破片两侧。
属性特征
• 此类型适用于低压和低压应用。
• 由于不需要支架，因此价格低。
• 弹射面积/体积优于其他型号。
• 可对设定压力/爆破压力的应用进行精密加工，允许公差范围高达±3%。
• 密封片主要由特氟隆(PFA)制成，可防止液体泄漏。
• 根据流体的温度/腐蚀程度，密封片的材料可以以多种方式应用。 （PFA、PTFE、SUS316L、镍、蒙乃尔、英科乃尔等）
• 根据法兰规格，可制造为R.F 或F.F 类型。此类型可以在必要时通过施加真空支持来承受完全真空。

• POPF(FLAT COMPOSITE) RUPTURE DISC consists of 3 components: PRESSURE DISC, SEALING SHEET, and VACUUM SUPPORT.
• This is a type where the rupture part intentionally processed by the rupture design value ruptures due to the internal pressure of the fluid.
• It can be widely used in all fields such as GAS/LIQUID/STEAM.
• It does not require a holder, is installed between standard or non-standard COMPANION FLANGE, and compressed NON-ASBESTOS GASKET or TEFLON GASKET is attached to both sides of the RUPTURE DISC.
Properties
• This is a type suitable for low pressure and micro-pressure applications.
• It is the most affordable because it does not require a holder.
• The blowout area/blowout amount is superior to other models.
• It is possible to precisely process the SETTING/BURSTING PRESSURE application, so the range of tolerance is up to ±3%. • SEALING SHEET is mainly made of TEFLON (PFA) and prevents fluid leakage.
• Depending on the temperature/corrosion of the fluid, the material of the SEALING SHEET can be applied in various ways. (PFA, PTFE, SUS316L, NICKEL, MONEL, INCONEL, etc.)
• Depending on the flange specifications, it can be manufactured as R.F or F.F TYPE. If necessary, it is a TYPE that can withstand FULL VACUUM by applying VACUUM SUPPORT.
• It is a multi-layered TYPE with a rupture part processed by rupture design.
• By applying the ALARM SENSOR SYSTEM, it is possible to monitor whether the DISC is ruptured in the CONTROL ROOM.
