作为与其兼容的前身 (WLg-ABOARD)，RuggedAir100 是一款“一体化”多功能产品（接入点、客户端、中继器、路由器和网状点），专为恶劣环境下的工业应用而设计（IP66 防水、抗冲击和振动，扩展的温度范围，M12 连接器......）。它可用于在地面上创建室内或室外 WiFi 覆盖，或在船上将所有类型的移动设备或车辆（有轨电车、建筑/农业机械、卡车、自动化起重机、港口起重机...）连接到地面网络。
• 可靠性：它配备了冗余宽范围 (9-48 VDC) 或 POE 电源以及 2 根天线，可以增强无线电链路的质量。
• 移动性：其漫游性能（<30 毫秒）和抗冲击/振动能力使其易于集成到任何类型的移动设备或车辆中。
• 易于部署和维护：RuggedAir100 可以通过集中管理软件 WaveManager 从网络、通过 SNMP 或从简单的 Web 浏览器轻松管理。它还具有一个 C-Key（密钥保存配置），可在现场即时更换。

As its predecessor (WLg-ABOARD) with which it is compatible, RuggedAir100 is an "all-in-one"multifunction product (access point, client, repeater, router & Mesh point) designed for industrial applications in harsh environment (IP66 waterproof, shocks and vibrations proof, extended temperature range, M12 connectors...). It can be used either on the ground to create indoor or outdoor WiFi coverages, or on board to connect all types of mobile equipment or vehicles (trams, construction/agricultural machines,trucks, automated cranes, harbor cranes...) to the ground network.
• Reliability : it is equipped with a redundant wide range (9-48 VDC) or POE power supply as well as 2 antennas making it possible to reinforce the quality of the radio link and to increase the throughputs.
• Mobility : its roaming performances (<30 ms) and its shocks/vibrations resistance make it easy to integrate in any type of mobile equipment or vehicle.
• Ease of deployment and maintenance : RuggedAir100 can be easily managed from the network with the centralized management software WaveManager, through SNMP or from a simple web browser. It also has a C-Key (key saving configuration) for instant replacement on site.
• Security : it integrates advanced security standards (Firewall, VPN,802.1X ...) as well as routing and filtering functions to facilitate mass deployments.
