The DF Series of high flow material conveying vacuum pumps are used for in-line transfer of bulk materials, complex shapes, , powders, selvedge and individual objects up to 4" [100mm] in diameter. The DF pumps are rugged, reliable and cost effective, with a unique capability to create instantaneous vacuum flow and high air velocity. Their simple smooth bore and straight-through design allows material to pass directly through at high speeds without interference or clogging.
To adjust and control the transfer speed simply regulate the supplied air pressure. The compact design of the DF Series pumps allows close placement to the work area for maximum efficiency. DF Series pumps are made of anodized aluminum and available in 17 standard models with inside diameters from 1/8" (6mm) to 4" (100mm) to accomodate a wide variety of materials and objects.
