The RS pumps have the same center distance as the chemical pumps that follow the ISO 5199 standard, thus ensuring simple interchangeability. Size of outlet ports from ¾ M to DN 65. Impellers and micro-cast bodies and IEC standard motors with easily replaceable special shaft are used (different brands available). Large spherical passage area up to 50 mm due to the rear position of the impeller. Furthermore, there is the possibility of mounting different types of seal: single, double in tandem, opposed or gland packing.
RS pumps are suitable for handling chemical liquids with crystalline suspensions, all viscous liquids, liquids with a high concentration of suspended fibers, civil and industrial water treatment plants and all types of sludge. They are also used in the general, food, sugar industry, water purification plants (DAF), waste water treatment plants, solvent recovery plants, energy production plants, metallurgical, textile and tanning industries.
