材料和空气流速
通过调节介质的旋转节流阀或点击节流阀，INDUTEC® MS SD3 和 SD4 同轴喷头可实现 0 至约 340 ml/min 的连续可变介质流速，具体取决于压力和粘度。
根据喷雾空气的旋转节流阀或点击节流阀的设置，INDUTEC® MS SD3 和 SD4 同轴喷头可实现 0 至约 100 l/min 的体积流量值。通过使用 INDUTEC® MS 同轴喷头 FD4 Z2，可实现约 180 l/min 的喷雾空气输出。

标准设计

特殊设计
INDUTEC® MS 微量冷却润滑系统可兼容多种介质，因此可以使用多种其他密封材料替代 Viton 密封件。这意味着几乎每种应用都能找到合适的密封件。

Materials and air flow rates

By adjusting the rotary throttle or click throttle for the medium, the INDUTEC® MS SD3 and SD4 coaxial spray heads enable continuously variable medium flow rates of 0 to approx. 340 ml/min, depending on pressure and viscosity.

Depending on the setting of the rotary throttle or click throttle for the spray air, the INDUTEC® MS SD3 and SD4 coaxial spray heads enable volume flow values of 0 to approx. 100 l/min. By using the INDUTEC® MS coaxial spray head FD4 Z2, spray air outputs of approx. 180 l/min are achieved.

Standard design

As standard, all seals in contact with the medium are made of fluorocarbon rubber FPM (trade name Viton).

Special design:

The INDUTEC® MS micro-cooling lubrication systems are compatible with a wide range of media, so a wide range of other sealing materials can be used instead of Viton seals. This means that the right seal can be found for almost every application.
