INTERFACE称重传感器2101系列介绍
2101型由低量程和高量程的1200型称重传感器堆叠而成,低量程称重传感器内置过载保护装置,从而在低量程和高量程下均可获得高分辨率。低剖面®力矩补偿。
两个传感器均安装在底座上。上方(较小)力传感器的力通过外环传递至底座,直至达到其额定载荷,然后传递至下方(较大)力传感器。当较小力传感器的载荷达到其额定载荷的 125% 时,内轮毂与底座接触(以防止损坏)。此时,力通过内轮毂传递至底座,进而传递至较大/下方的力传感器。两个力传感器串联连接/安装,因此下方力传感器始终处于测量状态,而上方力传感器在达到其额定载荷的 125% 时停止测量。
2101 系列基于剪切力或剪切应力测量原理,具有 1:5 比例的两个测量范围,线性度、滞后性和蠕变误差极低,使其成为发动机试验台或工业及科研领域中对测量要求极高的应用的理想选择。特殊的机械平衡工艺可最大限度地减少弯矩和/或偏心载荷的串扰。
Model 2101 consist of lower and higher capacity model 1200 type load cells which are stacked with overload protection built into the lower capacity load cell permitting high resolution to be obtained at both low and high levels of capacity. LowProfile® Moment Compensated.
Both sensors are mounted on a base. The force from the upper (smaller) force sensor is thus transferred via the outer ring to the base up to its rated load and then directed to the lower (larger) force sensor. At 125% of the rated load of the smaller force sensor, the inner hub contacts the base (to prevent damage). The force is then transferred through the inner hub to the base and thus to the larger/lower force sensor. The force sensors are connected/mounted in series, so the lower force sensor is always measuring, while the upper one stops at 125% of its rated load.
Based on the shear web or shear stress measurement principle, the 2101 series, with its two measuring ranges in a 1:5 ratio, offers exceptionally low linearity, hysteresis, and creep errors, making it ideal for engine test benches or testing applications in industry and research with particularly demanding requirements. A special mechanical balancing process minimizes crosstalk of bending moments and/or off-center loads.
