ER-144A / Ex电极继电器适用于通过导电电极检测导电液体的上限值和监测冷凝水传感器。
当电极浸没在导电液体中时，取决于液体电导的测量电流在传感器的电路中流动。如果该测量电流超过由电位计调节的极限值（即电阻变小），则电极继电器将输出触点改变到冷凝物接触位置。
同时（对于带按钮的型号），会激活内部停止功能，以保存此警报消息。直到较低的测量电流值不足并且按下设备上的RESET按钮，电极继电器才会返回READY状态。
ER-144A / Ex电极继电器在闭路电路运行中运行（见2.3）。输出触点的报警位置对应于处于无电压状态/超过可调节测量电流值（电导）/传感器断开的设备的报警位置

The ER-144A/Ex Electrode Relay is suited for detecting the upper limit values of conductive liquids by means of a conductive electrode and/orfor monitoring condensate sensors.
When the electrode is submerged in a conductive liquid, a measurement current dependent on the electric conductance of the liquid flows in the sensor's electric circuit. If this measurement current exceeds a limit value adjusted by a potentiometer(i.e. the resistance becomes less), the electrode relay will change the output contacts over to the Condensate contact position.
At the same time (for the model with a pushbutton), an internal stopping function is activated that saves this alarm message. Not until the lower measurement current value is fallen short of and the RESET button on the device is pushed willthe electroderelay go back into READY status.
The ER-144A/Ex Electrode Relay operates in closedcircuit operation (see under 2.3). The alarm positions of the output contacts correspond to those of the device in a novoltage state / exceeding the adjustable measurement current value (electric conductance) / disconnection of the sensor
lead. In the READY status,the output contacts have changed overtotherespective correspondingcounter-position(internalrelay picked up).
To monitor the signal line between the sensor and the electrode relay, a 100-kΩ 1%/ 0.25-W resistor is necessary, without which the electroderelay will change into the Cable disruption position.
