TURIAN真空旋转接头GR-80系列介绍及选型
这是一种多用途旋转接头系列。一对滚珠轴承确保了密封面的完美对准，即使在繁重的工作条件下也能实现低扭矩的接头价值。平衡密封允许将接触面保持在几乎恒定的载荷下，与流动介质的压力无关，从而减少摩擦和磨损。标准设备提供烧结碳化硅（SiC）的旋转密封和合成碳石墨的固定密封，两者都可互换。使用水，测试表明这种组合在相同的工作条件下能够比碳石墨到陶瓷的持续时间长许多倍。要求非常耐磨的密封，我们可以提供SiC / SiC的组合。浮动密封和转子密封的快速和简单更换具有高耐磨性和长寿命，使该系列成为解决从静态到旋转部件的流体传输问题的非常经济的解决方案。
This is a multi-use rotating joints serie. A pair of ball bearings assures a perfect alignement of seal faces with a low torque value of joint itself even in heavy working conditions. The balanced seal allows to keep the contacting faces under a nearly constant load, indipendently from the pressure of flow media so reducing the friction and the wear. Standard equipment provides for rotating seal of sinterized Silicon Carbide (SiC) and for stationary seal of syntethic Carbon Graphite both interchangeable. Working with water, tests have shown this combination capable of lasting up many times longer than Carbon Graphite to Ceramic under the same working conditions.Where a very wear resistance seal is request we can supply a combination SiC/SiC. The quick and easy replacement of both the Floating Seal and the Rotor Seal with the high wear resistance and long life make this serie the very economical solution to the problem of fluid transfer from static to rotating parts.
