Ermo 482x Pro is a digital microwave barrier with digital signal analysis for protection in the ranges of 50, 80, 120, 200, 250 and 500m. The internal microprocessor uses fuzzy logic to analyze the received signal giving very high performance in detection probability and low false alarm rates.
Thanks to the digital analysis the barrier is able to compare the received signals with those generated by an intruder (behavior models). it also monitors the signal continuously, making a complete environmental analysis, which gives the unit significant extra features compared to those using traditional analysis.
The microwave intruder detector Ermo 482x Pro is the ideal device for protecting very high risk sites such as nuclear power plants, prisons, military sites, petrol-chemical sites, etc. Furthermore, it is impossible to mask the Ermo 482x Pro thanks to the 16 crystal controlled modulation channels and the complete environmental monitoring performed by the microprocessor. The Ermo 482x Pro also has a very important software tool: WAVETEST allows set up and control of each TX or RX head locally or remote.

From CIAS Crouse-Hinds, this three pole Enhanced Coupler is designed specifically for hazardous area environments, and has an ingress protection of IP66. This cable-mounted Enhanced Coupler also features a patented plug and turn system, for a fast and assured mating connection.
This CIAS connector is ATEX approved, and allows fast and convenient power connection in dusty and damp environments, or outdoor use. The coupler has a hinged cap to protect the connector when unmated.
The Enhanced Plug offers mechanical advantages over the Standard range, and cannot mate with Standard sockets.
