The patented NuQuip® Model QD Series High-Pressure Quick Disconnects ease coupling and de-coupling for tools designed with working pressures up to 60,000 psi (4,137 bar). Standard ports include both medium and high-pressure options depending on the application.
Model QD Quick Disconnects are available in either valved or non-valved versions. The high-flow check valve design allows for minimal pressure drop. For increased operator safety, the unique self-locking design stays connected under high-pressure. Optional handle eases automated coupling and de-coupling.
Model QD High-Pressure Quick Disconnects are precision-machined from stainless steel making them ideal for a variety of applications including: hydrostatic pressure testing, blasting, waterjet, or off-shore purposes. They can be used with a variety of services including water, oil, liquid nitrogen, other fluids and gases.
