TRELLEBORG密封圈PSK系列介绍

Stepseal®2K is a single-acting seal element consisting of a seal ring of high-grade Turcon®or Zurcon®materials and an O-Ring as energizing element. It is well suited as a single-acting piston seal where high demands are made on positional accuracy and free movement.

TRELLEBORG密封圈TG系列介绍

双作用特康®旋转格来圈®用于密封旋转、螺旋或摇摆运动的 杆、轴、 缸孔、旋转传动输入端和旋转接头等，它包含一个高 等级特康®材料的密封圈，由弹性体O形圈施力发挥作用。

The double-acting Turcon® Rotary Glyd Ring® is used to seal rotating, helical or oscillating rods, shafts, cylinder bores, rotary drive inputs and rotary joints. It consists of a high-grade Turcon® seal ring, which is acted upon by an elastomeric O-ring.

The radial compression of the O-ring provides the initial contact pressure, which is converted into additional contact pressure by the O-ring as the system pressure increases, so that the contact pressure of the seal automatically adjusts to ensure tightness under all operating conditions.

Depending on the cross-sectional shape of the seal, the contact surface can have no, one or two continuous machined grooves. The sealing performance is improved by increasing the contact pressure on the sealing surface. These grooves can also form lubricant grooves to reduce friction.
