WALVOIL液压泵1SP系列介绍
外齿泵广泛应用于液压系统：其结构简单（相比于轨道式或柱塞式等更复杂的泵）以及极高的多功能性、强度和耐用性，降低了维护成本和采购成本。这些泵可以在高压液压供应的恶劣条件下工作，也可以在低噪音、高液机效率和优异容积平衡的标准条件下运行。
Galtech 系列凭借不断的研发、丰富的经验、精心挑选的材料以及对生产过程和验证测试的严苛控制，不断扩展，同时保持高品质标准。
外齿泵包括三组：1SP、2SP（12齿）和3GP（10齿），排量范围从0.89到77 cc/转，适用于各种高工业功重比的移动设备领域。其最高压力可达300巴，最大转速为4000 rpm。
Galtech 泵可与标准法兰（欧洲、德国、SAE）以及特殊法兰（如圆柱形、锥形槽和带前齿的铣削型）完全互换，配合多种轴类型。
还可选用多种铸铁罩盖和法兰，以降低噪音并扩展工作参数。还可以安装带有压力释放阀和流量控制阀的罩盖。

The external gear pump is widely used for oleodynamic applications: its simplicity in construction (compared to other types of more complex pumps such as orbital or axial piston pumps) coupled with great versatility, strength and durability allow reduced maintenance and lower purchasing costs.
These pumps can work both under harsh conditions with high hydraulic power supply, both in standard conditions with a low noise level and high hydromechanical efficiency and excellent volumetric balancing.
The Galtech range thanks to a constant research combined with years of experience, meticulous choise of materials and constant care of the process not only in production, but also in the validation tests, has expanded while maintaining high quality standards.
The external gear pumps consist of 3 groups: 1SP, 2SP (12 teeth) and 3GP (10 teeth) with 32 displacements from 0.89 to 77 cc/rev suited to various applications in the field of mobile with high industrial power-to-weight and power/size ratios. You can reach high pressures up to 300 bar and maximum speeds of rotation of 4000 rpm.
Galtech pumps can be assembled with complete interchangeability both with standard flanges (European, German, SAE) and with special flanges used with a variety of shafts as those the cylindrical, conical grooved and milled ones with front tooth.
Several cast iron covers and flanges are available to reduce noise and to increase the operating limits. Covers with pressure relief valve and flow control valves can be assembled as well.
All the pumps are arranged for the mounting into one or more additional units to complete multiple pumps: different coupling solutions are available to privilege the construction compactness or a more flexible interchangeability.
