Application area

The riffle sample divider is a robust device for preparing samples which is used for halving initial samples. Manufactured from stainless steel, it is corrosion resistant and ideal for use in laboratory and industrial environments.

Function

The riffle sample divider is supplied with two collecting vessels, and is equipped with a closed, attached container. The initial sample is put into the attached container and evenly distributed between the two collecting vessels by simply tilting it (division ratio 50:50). To divide the sample again, the procedure can be repeated any number of times until the required sample size has been reached.
