1. 光滑表面涂油 / Oil the sliding surfaces
进行一般拆卸时,建议在部件被拆卸时经过的光滑表面上涂油。这样可以确保待拆卸部件底部的摩擦阻力更小。
For an easy pull-off process, it is recommended to oil the sliding surfaces over which the component is pulled off. This ensures that the frictional resistance at the set of the component to be extracted is minimized.
2.润滑主轴 / Grease the spindle
润滑主轴有助于确保主轴穿过拉钩支架时运行更顺畅。使用专用油润滑主轴,还有防腐蚀的功效。
Greasing the spindle will help the crosshead spindle guide run smoother. The use of spindle grease also prevents possible corrosion.
3.正确定位拉拔器 / Apply puller correctly
拉钩的支撑面须完全笔直地定位在要拉拔的零件下方。针对中心轴,拉拔器须始终位于中心位置。
The contact surfaces of the puller hooks must sit completely and straight under the part to be pulled off. In the case of central shafts, the puller must always be positioned centrally.
4.使用可互换压片 / Use exchangeable pressure pieces

内部提取的建议 / The tips for internal extraction

对于非破坏性地拉拔出壳体中安装在轴上的滚珠轴承,需要使用滚珠轴承专用拉马。
Internal extractors are used for the internal extraction of ball bearings and bushings which are not freely accessible from the outside because they are located in a recess. In order to be able to grip a bearing with an internal extractor, a counter support or a slide hammer is always required.
Special pullers for ball bearings are required for the non-destructive extraction of ball bearings which are located in a housing and on a shaft.

1. 正确定位内拉马 / apply the internal extractor correctly

During internal extraction, the extractor must always reach under the part to be extracted. When using a counter support, make sure that the arms are not standing on the part to be extracted.

Once the inner ring of the bearing has been securely gripped by the internal extractor, it can be quickly extracted by means of a good clamping action. Either a slide hammer or a counter support can be used for this purpose. The advantage of the slide hammer is that it can be extracted in a very confined space without the need for supports, whereas a counter-support is more precise and requires more force.
5. 使用分段内拉马 / Use segment internal extractor
对水平的轴承、轴承外圈以及轴套进行内提取时,建议使用分段内拉马。即使待拉拔的组件下方只有很小的空间,超窄的抓握边缘也可以轻松完成拆卸。
For internal extraction of flat bearings, bearing outer rings and bushings, we recommend using segment internal extractors. The extra narrow gripping edges allow dismounting even if there is little space under the component to be extracted.
