Quality & tradition - Original LÖWE/LOWE since 1923 Gebr. Schröder GmbH develops, manufactures and distributes cutters worldwide under the original LÖWE/LOWE brand. Our cutters are tools for professionals in viticulture, fruit growing and horticulture as well as the widest possible range of applications in industry and trade. As early as 1923, company founder Walther Schroeder made his pioneering invention; he developed and registered the patent for the world's first anvil cutter. This cutter is still part of our range today, in virtually the same form, and its name is "LÖWE/LOWE 1". A drawing cut against a fixed base plate - the anvil principle - can be found in many of our cutter models.
Dipl.-Ing. Randolph Schröder is the managing partner of Gebr. Schröder GmbH and the grandson of company founder Walther Schröder. Now in its third generation, today the company offers a wide range of new and ancillary cut-offs under the brand "Original LÖWE/LOWE". The experiences and suggestions of users are thus incorporated into the development process of our cutters - LÖWE/LOWE cutters, tailored to the needs of our customers.
Our cutters are used in over 80 countries and have been highly valued by professionals on many continents for many decades.
